The landscaped park lies in a natural setting where peaceful forests and lush meadows reign making it a relaxing and restful place where walkers can recharge their batteries in amongst the flowers and trees. This 4ha garden at an altitude of 550m is made up of 10 landscaped areas connected by grass, stone or pine bark paths. The landscape designer Jacques Couturieux has held onto some original features: a pink sandstone quarry and WW1 trench. Both have been landscaped to showcase them and show visitors another side to the plantlife. Most of the spontaneous vegetation made up of tall trees (oak, birch, beech, hornbeam, ash, Scotch pine, lime, cherry, maple, whitebeam) has been retained to keep a certain maturity in the landscape.
""Les Jardins de Callunes"" park opened in 1996 and won the best Lorraine Garden Award.
