Roger comes from a small Lorraine village and joined the restaurant at the exceptional Hostellerie La Cheneaudière in 2000 after earning his stripes. The maître restaurateur finally took the reins in 2005 following work experience with big names including Émile Jung. Roger Bouhassoun is all about "making everything in-house". Roger on Roger: "I love working with local produce. La Cheneaudière has it all: milk, yoghurt, honey, fruit juice. Our clients are always pleasantly surprised by the great taste of farm milk at breakfast. It's our way of supporting local farmers and producers. They deserve it."
